WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Integrative Psychotherapy integrates different theories and techniques, allowing access to diverse approaches to meet the client's specific needs. Combining elements of various modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, insight-oriented, existential, and humanistic therapies, Integrative Psychotherapy offers a flexible and personalized approach to therapy, providing a comprehensive and effective treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Treatment is viewed as medically necessary for treating depressive and anxiety disorders, PTSD, Adjustment disorders, etc. For more information on what Integrative Psychotherapy is working with me as your therapist, click here

Spiritually** Integrative Psychotherapy (SIP) draws on the resources of various traditions, depending on your personal needs and what you are seeking to explore and attain through the process. SIP integrates various psychological and spiritual approaches from both Western and Eastern traditions. SIP is for people who have a mental health disorder diagnosis, and treatment is considered "medically necessary.", and who want to integrate their spirituality into their treatment.

Spiritual Integrative Coaching (SIC) is for people who do not have a mental disorder diagnosis. Not everyone meets the criteria for a mental disorder diagnosis, and depression, anxiety, and grief are not always caused by a disorder. Like SIP, SIC draws on various traditions, theories, and perspectives, both Western and Eastern. SIC is for people who are seeking to live their lives more authentically and raise self-awareness and consciousness. See below for more information.

The concept of SIP is not influenced by any particular religion, doctrine or dogma. It is up to you to define what spirituality means to you.

**Spirituality means something different for everyone. Whereas religion is external and shared by many, spirituality is internal, making it very personal. People express their spirituality in various ways, such as music, art, poetry, prayer, meditation, church/synagogue/temple, rituals, and mindfulness.

Embarking on a journey of self-discovery can feel overwhelming yet rewarding. It requires letting go of the masks we wear to please others, such as conforming to our parents' or society's expectations and discovering our genuine selves. With Spiritually Integrative Psychotherapy, you will gain valuable tools to navigate the challenges of feeling disconnected from your True Self. This type of therapy focuses on self-reflection and self-awareness, helping you uncover your purpose and live a life that reflects your true values and beliefs.

My services helps you become who you are while you progress along your Becoming Journey.

As a licensed mental health provider, my role is to help ensure you receive care that’s truly appropriate for you. We’ll begin with a thorough 90‑minute assessment, giving us time to understand your experiences, goals, and what’s bringing you here. Afterward, we’ll talk through my impressions together and explore the services that may be the best fit for your needs. In some cases, Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy may be discussed as one possible option, depending on what feels supportive and clinically appropriate.

my story

Welcome. I’m Lynne Angela Santiago. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years in the counseling field, holding a PhD in Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

For much of my career, I kept my professional identity and my spiritual self separate—because that’s how I was trained, and for a long time, it made sense. But in recent years, something began to shift. I felt an inner pull to bring these two parts of myself into greater alignment.

At first, that transition felt uncertain and even disorienting. But by listening closely to what resonated—and trusting that inner guidance—it led me here.

This integration is where my work now lives. My therapy practice is evolving in ways that feel deeply authentic, meaningful, and alive. And I’m genuinely excited to see where this next chapter leads.
