  • You will be able to implement a ‘ceasefire,’ giving you both time to de-escalate and regroup so you can return to hot-topic conversations.
  • You will have a shortened recovery time, so disagreements will not lead to days of tension between you.


What couples communication bootcamp is not.



  • This isn’t relationship or couple’s counseling.
  • It’s not seen as “medically necessary,” which means neither of you are dealing with a mental illness.
  • Because it’s not considered medically necessary, health insurance won’t cover it—they only pay for treatments related to mental health issues like major depression or anxiety disorders.
  • It isn’t meant for couples dealing with really serious issues like cheating, betrayal, addiction, or domestic violence.
